A BT Meridian Norstar phone system
brings all of the powerful features and services of the Meridian Phone
to every desktop in your company--helping employees communicate better
and improving productivity in your company. You can choose from a wide
selection of Meridian handsets to match the specific needs of each employee.
Choose from a digital telephone portfolio which includes specialised
sets for telemarketing, a variety of business telephone configurations
that provide capacities from 6 to 60 keys, add-on displays for enhanced
call coverage and there are even programmable data adapters to allow
your computers to talk as easily as you talk. There
are a wide range of different meridian handsets for different uses
- e.g. receptionist, sales, warehouse.
The Meridian Norstar system is completely
digital. There are no analogue ports (common tip and ring devices, answering
machines, cordless phones etc.). Any analogue devices require an ATA
(Analogue Terminal Adapter ).
All Meridian handsets are available in Black, Beige and Grey, apart from the 3904
which is only avalible in Charcoal and Platinum. All our Meridian Norstar phones
are second user and fully reconditioned and tested.

Meridian Option 2216D phone:-
Specially designed to meet the needs of the call centre, the M2216
features its own built in display to provide vital information about
incoming calls. It has two headset sockets - one for the agent and,
if required, another to allow a supervisor to listen in while training
new agents.
There's also the option to connect a PC to run powerful CAI applications
supported by Meridian Call Centres. These associate computer records
and scripts with incoming calls and display them at the agent's
workstation. The agent knows in advance who is calling and has all
the information to hand to deal with any business arising from the
call.
