Specially designed to meet the needs of the call centre, the M2216 features its own built in display to provide vital information about incoming calls. It has two headset sockets - one for the agent and, if required, another to allow a supervisor to listen in while training new agents.
There's also the option to connect a PC to run powerful CAI applications supported by Meridian Call Centres. These associate computer records and scripts with incoming calls and display them at the agent's workstation. The agent knows in advance who is calling and has all the information to hand to deal with any business arising from the call.
